We offer FREE shipping on ALL Orders!

The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier's warehouses to the destination which typically takes 7-14 days.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

International Orders & Import Duties Notice

At PawFix Co, we want to ensure complete transparency so you can shop with confidence.

All orders shipped internationally from PawFix Co are dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse and may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority and are completely outside of our control.

Please be aware of the following:

Who is responsible: Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that are applied to your order are the sole responsibility of the customer. PawFix Co does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse these charges under any circumstances.

When charges apply: Customs charges are applied at the discretion of your country’s customs authority. They are typically based on the total value of your order and the type of product being imported.

Non-payment of duties: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to our supplier, we are unable to offer a refund for the original order as the return shipping and handling costs exceed the product value.

Customs delays: PawFix Co is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country. These delays are beyond our control.

By completing a purchase on pawfixco.com, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware that import duties and customs fees may apply to your order and that these charges are your responsibility as the recipient.
